Admission 

There are a few steps you will need to take for your son or daughter to become part of The Westside Christian Learning Pod. 

   1.    Visit The Westside Christian Learning Pod.

To determine if our group and teaching style will be the right fit for your child/children, we ask that you visit us on one of our visitor's days.  Visits will take place in April/May for the next school year, and your child/children will need to come with you to participate in the instruction.  To set up a time to visit, please email  our Pod Director, Kaitlyn Coirazza, at westsidechristianlearningpod@gmail.com  ​ 

 

    2.    Complete the Application Form.  

After visiting, if you and our pod director, Kaitlyn, agree that the Westside Christian Learning Pod is a good fit for your child/children, you can complete the application form.  Applications for new families will  be accepted on a rolling basis from mid-April to mid-August, or until all spots are filled.  Please note that your child's spot will not be secured until the $150.00 non-refundable member fee is received. 

     3.    Schedule an ELA + Math Assessment.

By assessing your child before the school year begins, we will be able to share the data with our teachers, who can then plan data-driven instruction to best support your child. Assessments will be given by our Pod Director, Kaitlyn, from June 1st-August 15th and will take approximately 1 hour.

    4.     Attend our "Back to the Pod Meet + Greet."

At our "Back to the Pod Meet + Greet" on Monday, September 7th, you and your child/children will be able to meet all the teachers, get more information about the instruction that will take place during the school year, and meet your child's peers.  The registration form, waiver, and first semester fee of $400.00 will be due at this time. 

    5.      Come to our Pod's First Day! 

Bring your child/children ready to learn on our first day on Wednesday, September 9th!
