Admission 

   1.    Visit The Westside Christian Learning Pod.

To determine if our group and teaching style will be the right fit for your child/children, we ask that you visit us on one of our visitor's days.  Visits will take place from March-May for the next school year, and your child/children will need to come with you to participate in the instruction.  If you aren't able to attend one of our visitor's days, we ask that you come to one of our summer playground meetups so you can get your questions answered!  To set up a time to visit or to learn more about our playground meetups, please email  our Pod Director, Kaitlyn Coirazza, at westsidechristianlearningpod@gmail.com.  ​ ​​

 

    2.    Complete the Application Form.  

After visiting, if you and our pod director, Kaitlyn, agree that the Westside Christian Learning Pod is a good fit for your child/children, you can complete the application form.  Applications will be accepted on a rolling basis from March 1st-August 16th, or until all spots are filled.  Please note that your child's spot will not be secured until the $150.00 non-refundable member fee is received.

     3.    Schedule an ELA + Math Assessment.

By assessing your child before the school year begins, we will be able to share the data with our teachers, who can then plan data-driven instruction to best support your child. Assessments will be given by our Pod Director, Kaitlyn, from June 1st-August 18th and will take approximately 1-2 hours.  The waiver and first semester fee of $400.00 will be due at the time of assessment.

    4.     Attend our "Back to the Pod Meet + Greet."

At our "Back to the Pod Meet + Greet" on Wednesday, September 4th, you and your child/children will be able to meet all the teachers, get more information about the instruction that will take place during the school year, and meet your child's peers.

    5.      Come to our Pod's First Day! 

Bring your child/children ready to learn on our first day on Monday, September 9th!
